I would have been happier with second place but I will definitely take third with a grin.  I know I played harder than I ever have before and only made one stupid mistake.

I also think it's cool that the Mercs represented a full 33% of the competition, thank you to EVERYONE that made this happen, and all of you on both MERCS teams for coming out.  I've been wanting to do this for a while and it's because of you that I was finally able to.

And thank you to Dave for sponsoring Team A, you da man.

We'll have to figure out how to handle teams that play like War Pigs... We should be able to beat them next time if we have a counter strategy.

Kudos to Andrew and Eric for being the designated Flag monkeys, you guys did a great job getting those points.

Best play of the day: Bye stealing the win from war pigs, 1 vs 4.  I STILL get goosebumps when I think about that.  It was AWESOME.

As my first tourny and first time playing with all of you, minus dave, I would like to say I will be doing that again. I made many newbie mistakes.

Thank you Eric for the letting me borrow your camo and vest. And Dave for once again letting me use your trusty T98. =D 

This was my first time playing again speed-ball guys. I knew they were trigger happy but I didn't know how much communication was involved. After STARS played them in the second round I went over and told them good game and fist bumped them. I found out that one of their guys ran out of air halfway thru playing and he was yelling all the commands. That was very impress to me. That and a few other things are what I learned.

I would agree with chris that the best play of the day would be that. Wonder who the 1 man was though?

Thank you for all who came out. I will be back at WPP in the spring. Your team medic has to be able to handle all the injures that will occur in the future.

I only have a brief second, so I would like to thank everyone for such a good time!  The game play was awesome!  I did not see any cheating which helped for great game play!  The refs were awesome!  They were the John's on the spot, since I had a lot of bounces using the RPS Polar Ice.  Thanks BOSS for putting on a great even, it would be nice to have more teams in it next year but I must say I was real tired after just having 6.
Now that the event is over I got all my markers working great! (Figures..lol)
Again thank you all for coming out and making it a great time and a great learning experience.

And yes the last game with the last man standing on the BYE team did a phenomenal job with the odds of 1 on 4 to eliminate them all and hang the flag!  That was awesome!

Got to go I'm listing the house today, but don't worry I'll still be around!
