I had a few requests for Medusa's stuff if anyone wants something in particular let me know soon I will be placing in an order to get a few things.  If you let me know what style and color I can have it on hand once you need it.
Ordering a few add on MAMBAS, I got a Rap4 vest on sale for $35 and will add two Mambas to the back to hold a ridiculous amount of paint for the ION game like 1100 rounds+.  At $80 a case I may play pump by the end

I am really shaking my head at Skirmish....

For years we had to arrange paint buys to get the good paint rate - because they used a volume discount model...Then they did away with that and just charged the lowest rate - which rocked...  Now it looks like we're going back to this volume discount BS,...

 Basically the way this works is....

It's a discount for number of cases bought.... So 12 cases of paint or more gets you the 75.00 rate.  It's only 99.99 each if you buy one case at a time.  What this means is that all of us who are going just need to get together on Friday night at Skirmish and buy our cases at one time - in one batch.  If we order 12 or more cases, we will get it for 75.00 a case...

If we don't have enough people to order 12 cases - I GUARANTEE that there will be other guys out there looking to combine paint orders..  So we go in with them... Which is what we used to have to do all the time when I traveled to these events with my old team...

And it looks like we may have to do again..

So it's really easy - we just figure out what we need as a group and make a bulk buy on Friday night..... Or if we don't have enough cases  to get the 12 case price, we give someone our money (I nominate Chris - he's a pretty sociable guy) and they make contact with other groups who don't have enough and go in with them.   Basically - you just go to where the paint is sold and ask around - it is never hard to find someone to combine orders with... Because everyone is in the same boat - nobody wants to pay 99 a case and everyone wants to pay 75.

So anyway - yeah, that's what we'll want to do.... Bah.
