Skirmish D-Day

Here's question, mainly for Stoltz. I really don't have the money to put into a hotel room so do you know if Skirmish lets you camp any where like in the back of your truck? Hahaha. Thanks.

Absolutely man - they turn a large portion of the front acreage that is usually used for parking into free campground spaces.  The whole area becomes a huge tent city, pretty awesome actually.  If enough of you guys decide to camp, I may join you.   I'll mull that one over for a bit

I'll follow up with more tips and info tomorrow.  Sorry I haven't posted sooner but work has been crazy.

That's great!  I'll have to register so that we can go as a group and try and see if we can get 10 or more guys to get us a discount.  I have to wait till after Friday next week though. (pay day)  I'll register the team name as the group name: WPPMERCS

So did you get other guys signed up with you as a group?  Is that what you meant?
I already signed up also, and when the other guys tried to sign up under my name they couldn't for some reason.  I still have to call.  If your registration has others under it we could use your name to register under, or I can call and get mine strait to get everyone under.  Let me know before I call.
But we need to make one group.  It takes 20 or more to get a discount for scenarios which is a lot.
Non team members email me to get on the list if you are going to go.

Hey guys I finally got time to get things strait with the registration at Skirmish's ION.
In order to go as a group I have to collect the money in advance and get it processed through one credit card.  For those of you that have already registered give me your name they said that I can transfer you under my name.  For those still waiting to sign up, PLEASE contact me SOON!  I need your payment so that I can place everyone on the group.  The ALLIES group is filling fast and for most of us it is our first time and I would like to storm the beaches.  If we register as a group late we will be the Germans
I'll send out an email to you all.  If you know anyone interested the cost w/ tax is 63.55 to register. 
Camping is free and castle nights that Friday is FREE to play also.

The lady was busy with others calling in to register for ION so I did not get to ask them about

Just a follow-up Dave,

I'm going to call Skirmish on Monday and register.  I believe I have a credit with them to burn (about 180.00) and if I can affiliate myself with your group, I will.  I will be registering 2 or 3 (waiting on confirmation from one guy).

In order to get a group rate we have to register under one name and I have to pay one time.  That's why they give a discount (for not running multiple cards).  If everyone registers separate that is fine but we wont get a group rate.
Everyone decide what we are going to do?

Unfortunately I wont be able to contribute to the group rate THIS TIME around - part of my ability to afford it this year hinges on using my existing credit with SKIRMISH.

We will not be signing up as a group this year since I did not get enough of a response.
